Part-Time IT Technician

Maintenance Technician
The Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking capable Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform semi-skilled and skilled maintenance of buildings, facilities, and light equipment. Duties include performing general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other repairs in response to service requests and results of inspections of units in accordance with Uniform Physical Conditions Standards (UPCS)or other HUD required standards; and performing maintenance on mechanical equipment or machinery.
Assistant Property Manager
The Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. This full-time position supports the daily administration and management of BHA properties, including tenant relations, lease enforcement, inspections, and coordination of maintenance and service contracts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (an associate degree preferred), at least one year of property management experience, and the ability to obtain required certifications. The position offers an entry rate of $20.00 per hour ($41,604 annually) and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Accountant
The Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Accountant to join our team. Under the direction of the Director of Finance, this role performs professional-level accounting duties supporting BHA's affordable housing programs and business activities. Responsibilities include posting cash receipts and payroll journals, completing bank reconciliations, maintaining grant and balance sheet schedules, preparing month-end journals, and completing HUD Capital Fund Program reporting and ELOCCS draws. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field, one to three years of accounting experience, and working knowledge of GAAP and GASB standards.
Operations Administrative Specialist
The Brunswick Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Operations Administrative Specialist to join our team. This position provides high-level administrative and professional support to executive leadership and Human Resources, ensuring efficient agency operations. Duties include drafting and managing official documents, coordinating board meetings and executive projects, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining confidential records, and assisting with agency-wide initiatives.
