Locally Owned Units

The Brunswick Housing Authority has two locally owned unit communities, Brooklyn Homes Annex and Hopkins Homes Annex. We have one-, two- and three-bedroom units available. The rent for the apartments is as follows:

12 Month Term

1 BDR - $500

2 BDR - $575

3 BDR - $625

6 Month Term

1 BDR - $550

2 BDR - $625

3 BDR - $675

Month To Month Term

1 BDR - $600

2 BDR - $675

3 BDR - $750

The Brunswick Housing Authority now offers a 12-month, 6 month and a month-to-month lease option. The six months lease raises the rental price by $25 a month and the month-to-month lease raises the rental price by $50 a month.
